Shipping & Returns

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. Custom orders will ship within three days from date of completion. You will be notified when your custom order is completed and again when the item(s) ship.

 

We now offer shipping through UPS and USPS with free UPS shipping on orders of $165 or more. UPS charges more, so we have to charge more for it. HOWEVER, UPS is the more reliable and recommended option. Delivery not available to PO Boxes.

Returns will be accepted for items in the original, unopened product packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and may ship using the carrier of their choice. Please notify us of sending a return and provide a tracking number. The refund will be issued when the returned product is received.
